Pictures show cars gutted after arsonists went on rampage in Weston-super-Mare. The police are investigating after 14 vehicles we set get off in in seaside city at night (May 18).

“The officers were called by a member of in public in just after 4am today (Wednesday May 18th) to visit Wooler Road area after the report of vehicles on fire. At this time we know of around 14 vehicles damaged fire with incidents also informed in Gerard Road, Arundell Road, Upper Church Road, Cecil Road and Kewstock Road.
“Officers carried out extensive searches of in area and a drone was deployed to help in Search for person, or people, responsible. At this stage, we do not believe that the fires were purposeful and it appears that out without parsing.
“Fortunately, there were no reports. of injury. The officers will check the CCTV cameras while carrying out house-to-house investigation and conduct a thorough investigation in conjunction with the Avon Fire and Rescue Service.
