Mandy Gutierrez, Director of Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, was reinstated on Thursday, her attorney Ricardo Zedillo confirmed to ABC News.
“Administrative leave of Ms. Gutierrez with the salary was canceled and she was fully reinstated in her position, where she will continue to fulfill her duties and continue to serve all families. of UCISD,” the statement said.
Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District Superintendent Hal Harrell Thanked Gutierrez in letter received by ABC News for submission of responses to the report of the House of Representatives on the shooting on May 24, which left 19 children and two adults dead.
