Libya’s Supreme Financial Committee said today Wednesday that it has begun communication and coordination with the country’s ministries and government departments to harmonize approved spending schedules and ensure coordination to achieve fairness and transparency.
In a statement released by the Press Office of the President of the Presidential Council, the committee reaffirmed its readiness to move forward and continue to carry out its tasks until the process of equitable distribution of financial resources is actually achieved.
The committee called on all parties to support it, adhering to its decisions and not deviating from the national and international consensus to achieve the higher goals of forming a committee to protect the unity, stability, and sovereignty of the country.
Unification of the Central Bank of Libya
The statement also emphasized that the unification of the Central Bank of Libya is a positive step that directly contributes to supporting the work of the Supreme Financial Committee and ensuring the implementation of its decisions.
