Imran Khan holds an international telethon, collects over Funds worth 5 billion rupees for flood victims – Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Head of the Pakistani Tehreek-e-Insaf and former prime minister Imran Khan on took place on Monday evening international telethon to raise funds domestically and from overseas Pakistanis for in flood victims, according to Dunya News.

The telethon was organized by PTI to raise funds for help flood victims. According to sources, Imran Khan collected over 5 billion rupees in donations in 3 hours long flood telethon.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan addressed people actively participate in donation telethon for rehabilitation of in flood victims. Pakistanis living in home and overseas donated crores of rupees on Message from Imran Khan.

During the conversation, Imran Khan said that he was installing up control room to help can get where it needs to be. He said Tiger Force would also be sent to affected areas and we will do our best best to help as many victims as possible.

Punjab Chief Minister Pervez Elahi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmoud Khan, Gilgit Baltistan Chief Minister Khalid Khurshid and Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanvir also participated in telethon.
