IHC Orders Session Judges to Rehear Gill’s Physical Detention Petition Today

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday ordered session judges to rehearse review motion for detention of PTI leader Shahbaz Gill in mutiny case filed against his.

Islamabad Attorney General Jahangir Jadoun, on On August 13, he moved to the VVK, seeking an order to declare decision invalidated by the district and session court void when extending physical arrest of Shahbaz Gill, closest assistant of PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
