Court issues fresh arrest order for Rana Sanaulla

ISLAMABAD:

fresh arrest an order has been issued for Interior Minister Rana Sanaulla from Judicial Magistrate on Monday, with the police ordered immediately arrest in minister and present it before the court.

After the court issued arrest On warrant, ACE officers arrived at the Kohsar police station. in federal capital and asked for the SHO for a force to help in in arrest. The police in Kosar informed the ACE representatives that they had reached “wrong” police station.

Sources said Kokhsar SHO refused to comply with in arrest the warrant as it contained the interior of the minister’s address in Faisalabad instead of Any home or office which came under the jurisdiction of his police station.

Subsequently, ACE team left Kosara and went to the Secretariat Police Station, but received a similar response.

With a warrant in On the other hand, ACE officials have stated that they have court permission to arrest Sanaullah but the police didn’t cooperate with them.
