Bandai Namco has unveiled the opening animation of Scarlet Nexus.
The hand-drawn images provide an introduction to the world and characters of the game, who join the so-called OSF to fight against ‘The Others’. Music is provided by Japanese rock band The Oral Cigarettes.
Scarlet Nexus is an action RPG from Bandai Namco and directed by Tales Of creator Kenji Anabuki. The gameplay is a mix of melee combat and superpower play, where different characters have unique abilities. Players can choose from two campaigns: Yuito and Kasame.
An anime based on the game is also planned.
Scarlet Nexus will be released on June 25 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One and PC.
