The government increases gasoline price at 6.72 rupees per liter

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The government on Monday increased gasoline price by 6.72 rupees per liter, while diesel fuel decreased price at 0.51 rupees.

AT price of gasoline will cost 233.91 rupees per litre, diesel fuel will cost 244.44 rupees per liter and kerosene will be sold. for 199.40 rupees per liter, and price of light Diesel fuel will cost 191.75 rupees per liter.

AT new prices will be included in effect from August 16, 2022

“As a result of fluctuations in oil prices in in international market and exchange rate variations, i.e. government decided to revise the existing prices or oil products in pass on impact on consumers,” the Finance Department said in a statement.

Earlier today, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Monday posted price cut notice of imported liquefied natural gas (LNG) for month of August.

AT price for a unit of LNG for Sui Northern system was reduced for $0.5107. AT price of LNG on Sui Southern system was reduced at $0.4792 per unit.

AT new LNG price on Soi Northern system is set at a price of $16.9496 per unit. , new LNG price on Sui South system is set at a price of $17.4783 per MMBtu.

July LNG price on Soi Northern system was $17.4603 per unit. , June LNG price on Sui South system was $17.9575 per MMBtu.
