SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento Police Department shares timeline of their interaction with suspects before Sunday morning war in streets of city center that left six people dead and 12 people damage.
AT one of live streams of the suspect with a time stamp of 21:45 on Saturday, you see the Martin brothers who would later be identified as suspects of involvement in the downtown shooting. You also see Joshua Hoye-Luckesi who is among six killed. Video shows people drinking, flashing signs and a few people holding up guns.

Same video shows interaction with Sacramento Police who passed by on Traction Avenue in North Sacramento is looking for for two missing children.
Live, you can hear the officer ask group if they saw it children. group says no, and patrol car leaves.
911 call earlier that night

Young woman in the same apartment complex in North Sacramento on Traction Avenue told CBS13 that she called 911 earlier that night around the same time. group visible in video.
We asked the Sacramento police for recording and/or decoding. We didn’t get it either.
“We are not going to release 911 call at this time,” police spokesman Zachary Eaton said. in email.

Chronology of events (times are approximately in minutes):
- 20:15 – SPD Dispatch receives single call from area where is the video in it is suspected that the question was recorded. The caller states that there is unrest associated with what she initially describes as a gang. fight featuring “10 black guys”. The caller does not specify on gang or fight part and describes the violation involving individuals who a fight might start with another man. No clothing, gender, size, or other specific identifiable features. information has been provided. The caller did not state crime in progress develop on mention of gang activity, and there was no mention of of firearms.
- Between 20:00 and 21:00, several priority calls were sent. in same area including calls to arms and vehicle collision.
- At 21:08, the SPD dispatcher receives call of 2 in-risk is absent children at the age of 8 and 10 years.
Resources are being redirected as officers interrogate North Sacramento. in trying to find the missing children.- At about 21:45 the officers in in area of aforementioned video search for missing children. officers drive through group in video, who at that time does not commit any explicit criminal violations and ask if they saw the missing children. group indicates that they did not see the missing person children and the patrol continues to search.
