Troy Duhon of Premier Automotive Group, with partners Randon Blacklock and Rick Martinez, purchased the former Littlefield Chevrolet-Buick-GMC on Aug. 3.

Troy Duhon, along with his partners, has expanded his Premier Automotive Group by acquiring three new dealerships in the second and third quarters of this year. Premier Automotive CMO Gia Katzenmeyer confirmed the acquisitions to Automotive News.

In June, Duhon, along with partners Vincent Castro and Jorge Clue, purchased the former Hyundai of Moreno Valley in California. The dealership has been renamed Premier Hyundai of Moreno Valley, with Clue serving as the general manager.

Castro has been a partner at Premier Automotive since its establishment in 1995, and he has ownership stakes in multiple dealerships under the Premier umbrella, according to Katzenmeyer.

In addition, Duhon, with partners Randon Blacklock and Rick Martinez, acquired the former Littlefield Chevrolet-Buick-GMC in Texas on August 3. The dealership has been renamed Premier Chevrolet-GMC of Littlefield, and Martinez serves as the general manager. Blacklock and Martinez are also partners with Premier at other Texas stores.

Premier Automotive has not disclosed the names of the sellers for the California and Texas dealerships due to confidentiality agreements.

Duhon and Barnett also recently purchased the former Steve Rayman Nissan Auto Mall of Georgia in Buford. The dealership has been renamed Premier Nissan Mall of Georgia, marking Premier Automotive’s first location in Georgia.

With these acquisitions, Premier Automotive has added seven dealerships and entered three new states this year. Duhon expressed his satisfaction with working alongside partners, especially when opening new stores, and emphasized the importance of having a well-prepared team to operate the stores successfully.

Premier Automotive is currently ranked 43rd on Automotive News’ list of the top 150 dealership groups in the U.S. with 18,792 new vehicles sold in 2022. The company has plans for further acquisitions in the future.
