More content for Animal Crossing: New Horizons is in the works, Nintendo has confirmed.
Nintendo America President Doug Bowser reported , in an interview with The Verge. “We didn’t talk about it (during the Nintendo Direct), but we definitely have plans to make sure that the 33 million people who have an island can enjoy new and fun activities.”
During Nintendo’s Nintendo Direct broadcast earlier this week, the popular Switch game was missing. That is remarkable, because until recently almost every Direct seized as an opportunity to show new content for the game. Because Animal Crossing games are designed to be played all year round, it is important that new content is added to the game from time to time to keep the experience varied.
