Integrity Badge Pakistan 2021 award The awards ceremony for the five winners took place today at event at the Serena Hotel. Zil E Huma, Deputy Director of the Press Information Department in Islamabad; Shahzadi Noshad, DSP Traffic Incharge In Haripur, Kahyber Pakhtunkhwa; Romana Murad Khoso, Department Officer from Quetta, Balochistan; Nasir Bashir, Associate Professor under the Government of Diyal Singh in Lahore, Punjab; and Muhammad Nasir Musvi, Deputy Director (Administrative Department) of School education (primary) in Sukkur, Sindh; were awarded in confession of them work excellence integrity and honesty in relevant categories.

Speaking to the Accountability Lab, Chairman of the Board of Pakistan Accountability Laboratory (ALP), Ali Imran said “Accountability and transparency are inevitable for democratic governance, leading wise use of resources and equitably benefit all. We must recognize and appreciate all those who contribute for positive change in Pakistan.

The honesty badge is an attempt to name and glorify such people. in in public sector who are playing them role in provision of services, respect for core values of honesty and empathy. The ALP Board thanks government institutions and international partners for them support to this initiative.

Speaking at the ceremony one of AL former icons of integrity, civil educator and human rights advocate Mr. Zafarullah Khan noted honesty as “Honesty is an integral part of of personality, especially when you are interested in serving people and I often say that duty is beauty and this initiative is to evaluate this beauty”.

He’s next says that “What else can be the greatest satisfaction when you responsible serve the citizen, and the citizens feel satisfied that you are always ready to bring some of some kind of hope of some kind of relief of justice some of equality in their lives.

Icons became well known for their efforts in its service to citizens, pushing back against corruption and propaganda for better management in their provinces. “During this year’s campaign, we have seen the incredible energy of Pakistani citizens who really showed that they support as well as want honor honest leaders,” said Fayyaz Yasin, Director of Programs for Accountability Lab Pakistan. “Let’s move from “naming and shaming” and moving on to “naming and glorifying” those who uphold pakistani values of honesty, integrity and accountability”.

The chief guest was Ms Catherine Toomey, First Secretary for Development of the Australian High Commissioner. of coronation ceremony of honesty badge Pakistan 2021. Addressing the audience, she said that strong institutions are the foundation for effective democracy. She emphasized need to build strong institutions supporting processes and mechanisms that contributed to good public service practices.

She further stated that Australia recognized need for efficient print frames out corruption. Australia has regularly reaffirmed its commitment to anti-corruption measures help promote higher rates of economic growth development as well as reduce poverty in Pakistan. She emphasized that for ensure accountability as well as improved management needed to respond decisively to corruption by supporting democratic institutions, rule of law, promoted stability and trust, and promoted an open and efficient market for economy and society flourish.
