ISLAMABAD: Former army chief General (ret.) Aslam Baig on Wednesday called the audio clip taken down round in social media platforms like “fake” and “conspiracy of in enemy against pakistani army.
Meanwhile, Lieutenant General (right) Harun Aslam and Major General (right) Ijaz Hussain Awan also called the audio clips attributed to them fake and part of malicious propaganda to tarnish the image of pakistani army.
In an audio message, General Aslam Beig denounced the fake audio clip attributed to him and refuted the heinous and absurd claims made by rounds in in social media saying that this is an attempt to tarnish the reputation of army and against top management of army.
“The army is my personality, my glory. I respect every soldier, every officer,” General Aslam Baig said.
“Speak against army so to speak against his dignity is an immoral idea for me,” General Aslam Beig said, adding that the army gave me this recognition.
“As long as Allah has given me life, my mind, my heart and tongue will continue to speak truth in His glory, said General Beig. He said that the movement against pakistani army conspiracy of our enemies.
“Don’t be a part of this conspiracy of in enemies against army. Do not tarnish his pure character and deeds. Allah Almighty is not like such things,” General (right) Aslam Beig. added.
