And the Minister of Health of the Saratov Region of Russia, Oleg Kostin, previously reported that on the evening of May 29, 2023, a 15-year-old teenager was transferred to the intensive care unit of the Saratov Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital. and he was in critical condition. It was later revealed that his condition worsened after he smoked e-cigarettes with his friends. Twice the teenager’s heart refused to work, but the doctors were able to operate on him, after which he was put into an artificial coma.
