Vijay Deverakonda is one of the most popular names in the South Industry. His fan-following has grown ten folds with each passing film. His younger brother, Anand Deverakonda made his film debut in the Telugu industry with Dorasani a love story. He is now gearing up for his next film, a dark comedy called Pushpaka Vimanam. Based on the National Award-winning 1987′ film Pushpaka Vimana starring Kamal Hassan and Amala, the new remake is being produced by Vijay Deverakonda’s King of the Hills in collaboration with Tanga Productions. Taking to his Twitter handle, Vijay Deverakonda shared the quirky poster and wrote, “Presenting the first look of #PushpakaVimanam! Younger boy continues to find talent and pick interesting stuff.. very happy to be associated with this film as Presenter! A dark comedy, some thrills and lots of laughs coming your way!” Vijay added in the following tweet the names of the cast by tagging them. Have a dekko at the tweet below:

Anand Deverakonda starrer Pushpaka Vimanam also stars Saanve Megghana and Geeta Saayini to name a few. After his debut, Anand Devrakonda grabbed headlines and attention with a comedy named Middle Class Melodies (2020). It was reported that Anand Deverakonda will play the role of a government teacher. Damodar is helming the film while Hestin Jose Joseph is handling the cinematography. The music of Puspaka Vimanam will be given by by Ram Miriyala, Sidharth Sadasivuni and Amit Dasani.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Vijay Deverakonda will be next seen in Liger. Puri Jagannadh is helming the film which also stars Ananya Panday. He had opened up on being a part of a Puri Jagannadh film and said, “He earlier said, “I am a fan-boy of Puri ever since I watched Pokiri. But Fighter remains the one film he has never attempted so far. Though it will still have his trademark touch, it is an out-of-the-box movie for him too (sic.)” Liger also stars Ronit Roy and Ramya Krishnan. Vijay Deverakonda is playing the part of a boxer. He took extensive lessons for the same.
