The first matches of the third stage of the European Tour “Beijer Hockey Games” took place today in Malmo, Sweden. The winner was the Russian team, which beat Finland 3: 2, as well as Sweden, which beat the Czech Republic 3: 2 in overtime.
Russia successfully passed the first period, when Artyom Minulin and Ivan Chekhovich put their team in the lead with 2: 0. In the second third, Jere Innala reduced the deficit to a minimum. In the third period, Vladimir Butuzov restored the dominance of the two goals, while in the last minute You Pustinen scored the second goal in favor of Finland – 3: 2.
