Punjab Bar Council secretary Ashraf Rahi was mortally wounded by an unknown person men in Lahore on Saturday evening.
Police said Rahi was attacked by unidentified as he was driving within the legal range. of Badami Bagh police station. They said Rahi is dead on place.
Meanwhile Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz took notification of case and requested a report from the capital city policeman Lahore.
“Further action, future action should be taken by arresting suspects as soon as possible and handing justice to family of deceased,” Hamza said. He also expressed grief over loss and expressed condolences to the victims family.
Deputy Inspector General for Punjab Operations Sohail Chaudhry also took notices and issued orders for direct arrest of suspects.
