Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla is pure misery
User SilentF0rce-1 posted an extensive article about frustrations that come with play Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
“The ridiculous plot is not the only problem, the game world also leaves a lot to be desired. Before I started playing Origins I had little faith in it in that Egypt would lend itself well to Assassin’s Creed. However, this turned out to be the case because of the enormous varied cities and villages in the desert. Odyssey took this one step further in beautiful Greece. Each island had its own Its own charm. Every village or city offered something unique. All islands were alive (or not, but that was the goal). It made it fun to discover the world.
This is totally unrecognizable in Valhalla. Don’t get me wrong, it looks beautiful at times, but the boring landscape where you run through with your horse (or wolf) brings you to a city or village that hardly differs from the previous one. The cities and the landscape feel uninspired and more cut and paste than ever. I get it somewhat. In d he period when the Vikings were in London or Oxford, it was simply not the Athens of Odyssey. But maybe the Viking era just doesn’t lend itself very well to the game? “

Honest Opinions – Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
Coola also posted an article about Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. He was slightly more positive than SilentF0rce-1 and li especially the differences between Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and the predecessors from the series.
“In essence, this is an AC game as we know it in 2017. But it does gameplay-wise so much differently from its predecessors, the lvl restrictions are gone and button bashing guarantees a game over , no now you have to work tactically in the battles you get into and that is partly due to the stamina bar. Also moving through the game world feels different than with Odyssey, with that game it sometimes seemed as if you were Perseus and nothing stood in your way, no Eivor feels a lot more human than Kassandra. “

Post your Nintendo Direct setup!
Editor Michel came up with the brilliant idea to share his setup for Nintendo Direct. The result was a nice series of reactions with pictures of various setups and of course also reactions to the Direct.
How did you feel after the Direct? Hyped or disappointed?
Let’s continue with the Nintendo Direct. A message from Leonaz97 asked about the reactions to the presentation. There were mostly mixed feelings in the comments. The disappointment was especially great that nothing from Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 was shown. Hopefully that game will not be long in coming!
