A 100% Hungarian-developed, swipe-based application was launched, in such an unusual segment as student work. From now on, young people can find not only a party but also a job in a matter of seconds, based on preferences that they determine in advance – be it location, working hours or pay. Winder is a pioneer in helping young people get a job, so in addition to looking for jobs, users can create a resume, an online business card, or even a website to succeed.
Winder helps Hungarian students to obtain a job commensurate with their testimony, commensurate with their abilities and expectations. The site specializes in professionally professional, ie mainly IT, support, development, testing, technical, economic and administrative student work, but its offers – in addition to permanent opportunities – also include project-type and home-based student work. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that on the online front we can throw or accept a job offer with a well-known move.
“We wanted to develop an application that can be used as efficiently as possible, so today Winder is made for both Android and iOS, it can be used on both mobile and tablet, but it also has a website. In the app, after a quick registration and filling in the form, the system already throws jobs according to your preferences, the students and they can choose to be dragged to the right or left, so they are interested or not in the offer, ”said Levente Baross, president of the Schönherz School Cooperative, which owns Winder. The company has been dealing with student work for 25 years, mainly specializing in IT, so they are well acquainted with the needs and expectations of young people in terms of job search.
In the app, students can immediately get as important information about a position as working. exact location (also marked on the map) or the number of hours per week expected by the employer, however, hourly wages are also public. In addition to job categories, search is aided by map-based browsing, but there is even a payroll calculator available to instantly find out your expected monthly income. Another novelty in the new job search application is that students can create their own resume, digital business card, or even a personal website, meaning they have more creative tools to convince jobseekers of their talent.
