Dad-of- two stabbed his ex-partner death before killing yourself after left “destroyed”over their break-up the inquiry heard.
31-year-old Daniel Patten killed his former girlfriend, Regan Tierney, home they used to share in Walkden in June 2019. Moments later, he called her grandfather and confessed to what he had done, saying that he needed to pick up the two of them. children.
