Woman talking about boat accident in “Playpen” near the beach on Oak Street, which tore off her legs

Woman with her legs cut off in boat accident in Playpen near Oak Street Beach over weekends says she would drown if she husband didn’t pull it out out of water on last second.

Batochir said she didn’t have insurance to pay her medical bills, so she started a GoFundMe page herself. “Doctors tell me that I’ll be here for for some time.”
