The 4iG Group Board has appointed new managers to lead 4iG Nyrt and Vodafone Hungary, the company told Computerworld. The aim of the management is to become the leading provider of telecommunications services in Hungary, drawing on the professional competence and capabilities of the subsidiaries 4iG Group and Vodafone Hungary, as well as on the innovation potential.

Sascha Dudler, as Deputy CEO of 4iG Nyrt., manages the transformation processes of the group’s Hungarian telecommunications business, with a particular focus on the synergies that can be exploited through integration. The Swiss specialist has considerable professional experience and experience in the telecommunications industry. His area of ​​expertise includes transforming the business activities of companies operating in the ICT market in order to coordinate their processes. Last year, he was responsible for the transformation program for the Albanian subsidiaries of the 4iG group. Thanks to his activities, on January 1, 2023, the successful merger of ALBtelecom and One Telecom took place. He started his career at the telecommunications company Sunrise in Zurich. Between 2002 and 2010 he continued his career in international consulting companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton or the Dubai office of Arthur D. Little. After that, he joined the Saudi telecommunications company Etihad Etisalat “Mobily”, where he was vice president responsible for regulatory strategy. Between 2013 and 2022, he was a manager responsible for corporate performance management and transformation processes and an advisor to the group CEO at Saudi Telecom Group. In 2022, he joined the 4iG group as a manager responsible for the transformation of Albanian telecommunications companies.

Laszlo Blenessy, CEO of Vodafone Hungary, has worked as an employee and manager in several IT and telecom companies over his long career. His first job was in Matáv’s Telecommunications Office in Pécs, where he was involved in network development and technical planning, then in 1997 he joined T-Systems’ predecessor, Daten-Kontor. Since 2014, he has led T-Systems Enterprise Applications as Director, then Corporate Director of Featured Solutions until the end of 2017. Since 2018, as Advisor to the CEO of INNObyte, and since 2020, as the majority owner, he has been responsible for managing commercial and production processes, as well as for the direction of strategy, innovation and business development. 4iG bought a majority stake in INNObyte in 2020 and has since held a leadership position in the group of companies and is a member of the board of directors. Since September 1, 2022, he is the General Deputy CEO in charge of the business lines of the group, and since January 1, 2023, his duties also include the coordination of the telecommunications portfolio as CEO of Antenna Hungária.

Tamás Tabori, Deputy CEO of Vodafone, was previously an employee of Vodafone in Hungary, where he spent 12.5 years (between 2005 and 2017) in various senior positions. After that, he worked for Magyar Telekom group for two years in the field of mid-sized companies and finally was a tribal leader in charge of products for the home. In 2022, he joined 4iG Group as Managing Director of DIGI Hungary.

Csaba Turzo, Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Vodafone, has over 18 years of management experience, among other things, he was responsible for the financial management of Magyar Posta in his previous positions besides Forras Nyrt. He joined the 4iG Group in 2018 as Deputy CEO for Economic and Operational Affairs, and as of September 1, 2022, he coordinates the financial and economic operations of domestic and foreign member companies as Deputy CEO for Economic Affairs of the Group in addition to his position at Vodafone.
