Model with only one electric motor maintains both levels and equipping
Volvo announced the launch on the national market of a cheaper version for entry in the range XC40 Recharge 100% electric below from 50 thousand euros.
The new Volvo XC40 P6 Recharge is a version with only one electric motor associated with the front axle with a power of 170 kW (231 hp) and 330 Nm of torque – the previously released P8 Recharge Twin with one engine per axle has 300 kW (408 hp) of power and 660 Nm of torque.
Volvo C40 has already arrived on the market
The Volvo XC40 P6 Recharge has two levels of equipment. The Plus version is priced at – 49,357 euros – which is 7,793 euros cheaper than the P8 Recharge twin – offering equipment such as dual-zone air conditioning, lane maintenance assistant, blind spot alert and parking assistance system with sensors and rear camera.
For an additional 3,956 euros, the XC40 P6 raises the level of equipment for the Pro version of 53,313 euros at the final price reinforced with arguments such as an electric panoramic roof, 360º camera and Premium Sound by Harman Kardon audio system.
The renting option is available for the Plus from 495 euros/month, while the Volvo XC40 P6 Recharge Pro is available from 550 euros/month – values that include a service contract, insurance and warranty extension, but to which it is necessary to add VAT.
