In 2020, Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM.O) will be able to sell Huawei 4G smartphone chips.

A spokesperson for the Commerce Department said that officials “continuously review our policies and regulations” but that they don’t talk about specific talks with companies. Huawei and Qualcomm both said they had nothing to say. Bloomberg and the Financial Times first reported the move.
