Two people died and another person was injured in South Wales after collision between car and pedestrians.

crash occurred on B4273, Ynysibul street in Pontypridd, 18:30. on friday and participation black Ford Focus and three pedestrians, according to local force South Wales Police.

A spokeswoman said: “Despite best efforts of emergency services, two pedestrians, a man and a woman, both aged 32, from Pontypridd died on the spot.

“Third pedestrian, 36-year- an old man from Llantrisan, taken to the hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.

“Our thoughts remain with Man and woman family and friends. Them next of Relatives know and are supported by officers.”

The road that runs from Cefn Close to Daren Ddu Road, remained closed on Saturday. South Wales Police thanked local residents community for patience and understanding.
