BROTHER paid tribute up to 27-year-old who died after hit police car.

The police reported that 27-year-old man who was in the road was seriously injured after the collision with noted police vehicle near the crossroads of Dorothy Avenue.
“In spite of best efforts of medics and rescuers, he died on the spot, ”said a police spokesman.
Karl Holscher-Ermert called in a heartfelt tribute. for justice for his brother.
“I don’t really have words, but need to get it out there. i have the worst news tell everyone.
“Last night, around midnight, my brother Arthur Hoelscher-Ermert was run over and killed by the police.
“Rest in peace up there is my boy. Take care of mom and do sure you give her big squeeze out of me.
“If you have information or proof if you’d be so kind forward This is on me so we can understand out what has happened since the Sussex police are still made no connection with us about the incident.”
The police said that a police vehicle was involved in the incident, the case was transferred to the Independent Directorate for Police Conduct (IOPC), who will bear out independent investigation.
The eyewitness crash said the police cars were “in a chase”.
“Looked like unmarked police cars were in a chase,” she said. “Looked like a second unmarked hit a pedestrian.”
Section of The South Coast Road A259 was closed. in both directions for investigation, but has since reopened.
Chief Superintendent Joe Banks said: “This is a tragic incident and we are completely supporting IOPC investigation.
“We want thank drivers and residents for their patience while the A259 South Coast Road was closed.”
An IOPC spokesman said: “We launched an independent investigation into police actions before fatal road traffic collision involving a pedestrian. Man in his 20s unfortunately died at the scene.
“We have been notified of incident by Sussex Police and dispatched investigators to the scene and police post incident procedures to begin our requests. Our thoughts with male family presently.”
