RAWALPINDI: Top military leaders of pakistan and china met each other in Beijing and discussed international as well as the regional security situation and defense cooperation between the two sides, ARY NEWS reports with reference to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), reports ARY NEWS.
According to ISPR, senior is a three-tier service military delegation of Pakistan visited China from June 9 to 12 and held extensive discussions with senior officials of Chinese military and others government departments.
He said that an apex meeting was held on June 12, where the Pakistani side led by chief of Army Headquarters (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa met Chinese side headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Central Military Commission of Chinese general Zhang Yuxia.
Both sides discussed their prospects on in international the security situation in the region and expressed satisfaction on defense cooperation between the two countries”, military media said the wing.

It goes on to say that Pakistan and China confirmed their strategic partnership in experiencing times and agreed to continue regular exchange of perspectives on questions of mutual interest. “Both sides also promised to improve their training, technology and counter-terrorism cooperation at the tri-service level”.
