The Security Council demands the withdrawal of foreign forces and mercenaries from Libya

The UN Security Council called on Friday, in a declaration unanimously adopted, for the “withdrawal of all foreign forces and mercenaries from Libya without further delay,” welcoming the confidence granted by the Libyan Parliament to the country’s transitional government.
