The officer shoots kills Human who shot a security guard in a popular buckhead restaurant

A man was shot and killed by an Atlanta police officer after investigators said he shot and killed a security guard who tried to escort him out of the popular Buckhead store. restaurant on Wednesday evening.

The shooting took place around 7 p.m. at Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão. in block 3100 of Piedmont Road N.E. just north of Pace Eastern Ferry Road.

“The officer swore he answered the 911 call. call about the person was naughty,” Atlanta Police Deputy Chief Charles Hampton said, adding that officers also noticed that he was armed.

the officer found a man sitting in a bar, police said. Eyewitnesses said the man was drunk. out of bottle of liquor and became a “debaucher”.

The man was asked to leave, but he did not leave. That’s when the police said the man started fighting with officer and guard.

“And all of a sudden it started to escalate and we started to hear noise and more of excitement, ”the witness told FOX 5.

The officer used a stun gun, but it turned out to be contagious. The police said the man had died. up the security guard is in charge. The man then reached for his gun and shot at a security guard, wounding him, police said. That’s when the officer opened fire.

“When first two shots were fired, we just everyone climbed under the table as safely as they could.” one Patrol FOX 5 reported this.

“My husband heard some noise and said: “I need To you hit in floor”and he grabbed me out of chair,” one the woman said adding her husband did it despite just underwent knee surgery. “And all of a sudden just stepping over each other, children cry, and family, parents lie on upper of kids.”

The guard was rushed to area hospital in critical but stable state.

Not one was still wounded.

“There were many of faces inside restaurant but our officers did great work to isolate the subject to the foreground of in business where there were no patrons in harm way”said deputy chief Hampton.

“We heard so many shots, and what bothered me most was that everyone of these people are in here,” the woman said, adding that the result could have been very different if the officer had not done his job.
