Thirteen people were shot dead – 10 people – in a supermarket in Buffalo, New York, on Saturday in The authorities believe that the massacre was racially motivated.
eleven of The victims were blacks and two whites, Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said Saturday. Victims range in Age ranged from 20 to 86, police said. Among them were former policeman who tried to stop a militant, an octogenarian mother of in cityx former fire commissioner and long term to replace the teacher.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul announced $2.8 million in financing for victims and their families, according to a statement by her office.
