Tesla continues to work towards 100% autonomous driving and after announcing that it was ready to make the Beta version of the system, Full Self-Driving available to 1,000 vehicles, in the USA, it has now made it clear that will double the number of cars equipped with the technology.

The announcement was made by Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, through the social networks where he made it clear that the North American brand will take advantage of the launch of a new version of the software to increase the number of vehicles involved in the development of the 100% autonomous driving system.

In addition, Tesla’s strongman also revealed that due to the high demand for the Beta version of the system, the brand will provide a button, within approximately 10 days, which will be installed in the Service item, which will on the vehicles’ touch screen, which in this way will allow access to the download of the Beta version.

Musk also recalled that the availability of the Beta version of the Full Self-Driving will vary according to the region where Tesla vehicles are marketed due to the approval of the regulation of autonomous driving and the tests to be developed by Tesla.
