Skoda has just released two drawings from its department. design that show us some traces of what will be the renewed generation of its most compact SUV: the Karoq. Although these sketches often have amplified shapes that are far from being transferred to the production version, they are enough to show us some of the changes compared to the current model.
And so, through From these two sketches, we can see that the front grille has a slightly larger dimension and a more up-to-date design, with a hexagonal shape. In parallel, the optical groups also have a new format and are now slimmer, having been placed closer to the upper part of the front grille.
As we have seen in other models , under the main headlamps there now appears to be a second light group, destined for the fog lamps, while the daytime running lights also change position, but are still integrated in the front light groups. Underneath the entire set, a huge lower air intake ensures the cooling of the vast majority of components related to the engines of this Karoq.
Moving to the rear section, The whole ensemble now looks a little more harmonious, with slimmer optics and the brand’s letters between the two tail lights. The aileron has a larger dimension and the bumper is also redesigned, with an air diffuser in a darker tone. The optical groups maintain the C shape we already know from other models, but everything is designed in such a way that the Karoq has a more generous look in terms of width.
The first generation of the Skoda Karoq became known in 2017 and this new update will be officially presented at the end of this month.
