In a previous letter home he highlighted the line of incidents, including one parent acted “very threatening to the staff” and another man was flashing pictures of his daughter who was taken from him.

Mr Palmer wrote: “Unfortunately I have to write about these incidents. on national Smile day that promotes random valid of kindness.”

A spokesman for the Met said: “Police have been called for reports of three men struggle on St. Leonard’s Street, E3.

“Officers and the London Ambulance Service were present and found man – no details – with stab wounds. His injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening.”
