High Court of Sindh on Wednesday ruled that Dua Zehra is a teenage girl who went missing from Shah Faisal’s colony in Karachi. on April 16 recovered from Bahawalnagar. on June 5 – free to decide your own fate.
Dua parents filed a case in Karachi on April 16, claiming that their minors daughter was kidnapped.

Teenagers father turned to SHC last month with a plea against decisions of the Punjab Court. Mehdi stated in petition that according to her education documents, birth certificate and other records, Dua’s age is 13 years old, and according to the Sindh Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2013, marriage to a minor/underage is illegal.

‘Does not require a case of kidnapping’

Court also asked the investigator for a medical certificate and a statement recorded in Supreme Court of Sindh regarding the determination of Age of young woman.
Before the wrap up petition, the Supreme High Command noted that the trial court should continue its proceedings, adding that it was up to of Sindh government make dua in High Court of Lahore.
Court allows parents meet dua
Before the announcement of in decision the court allowed parents of Dua to meet your daughter for “ten minutes” early in day.

Referring to the decision of the court of the previous session, petitionerх counsel Altaf Hosa’s lawyer said that he wanted submit some documents.
“All that you want present, present it to the court of first instance,” Judge Ghaffar replied, stating that the SHC had been moved for Dua recovery and she was restored.
Attorney General of Sindh general also asked the court to order of in plea and take the matter to court for further proceedings.
Moreover, Sindh advocate general told the court that Dua should be presented to the Lahore High Court (LHC) on June 10th.
He went to court with place Dua in Detention by the Punjab police so she can be introduced to the LHC. on specified date.
However, Dua father Mehdi Kazmi, took exception to advocate general request and argued that the case is being heard in SHK.
Addressing him, Judge Ghaffar said: “The girl wrote down her statement. You get emotional.”
When the judge asked Kazmi if he really wanted say something dua father objected to the juvenile’s medical report.
He pointed out that the report concluded that Dua was 17 years old. “It has been 17 years since I got married. daughter be 17 years old of age?”
The judge, however, said that Dua wrote down her statement in court.

“Challenged the medical report”
Speaking to media outside courtroom, dua father reiterated his objections to her medical report and said, “We challenged that medical report.”
Next to him counsel it was alleged that the medical opinion was “based on on mala fide” and claimed to have documents relating to Dua’s age.

Father says Dua wants to come back home
Later Dua father again I spoke with media after meeting her and claiming that she wanted return home.
“She wants to go home as well as record also a statement to the judge,” he said, adding that “the police stopped us from meeting a girl further.
He said they asked the court record Dua’s statement again but even the judge said the statement was recorded just once.
“I have not received justice [even] when i knocked on the door of justicehe remarked.
Kazmi said that he has documents from the National Database and Registration Authority and other government departments.
“If these legal documents are wrong, should I set them on fire?” – he asked.
He appealed to the federal government Rangers director general and other bodies for justice.
