Marchioness Love Robinson, 20, was latest the suspect has been arrested, Holbrook said. Robinson was charged with nine bills of assault and beating of tall and sharpened nature attempt murder and illegal wearing of gun, Holbrook said. Robinson scheduled for bail hearing on Tuesday morning.

An arrest warrant has also was released for the third suspect, Amari Sinser-Jamal Smith, 21, Holbrook said. Smith wanted for nine bills of assault and beating of tall and sharpened nature attempt murder and illegal wearing of gun.
Smith should be considered armed and dangerous, Holbrook said.
This unknown if Robinson or Smith have lawyers. CNN contacted a lawyer office for 11th State Judicial District, but the messages were not returned.
“He called the police, applied and it turned out over firearms that were used in about this and gave a statement to the police department of Colombia, – said Rutherford. – He owns gun legally it’s registered to him, he bought it legally, he doesn’t have a record before that as you heard in court. He does not have a concealed weapons permit.”
Rutherford said his client knew the attackers and that the incident was not the result of a verbal altercation that escalated into violence. He added other suspects allegedly threatened his client on Facebook before filming.
“It was a situation where they just started shooting at him,” Rutherford said. — His thoughts and prayers out topics who were injured in this incident. It wasn’t provoked by him.”
