SC fixes hearing on plea against Imran over anti-institutional speeches

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Chief Justice on Friday fixed petition against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and PTI Chiefs Fawad Chaudhry, Shirin Mazari for hearing in Supreme Court (SC) over speeches against state institutions.
Main judge of Pakistani judge Umar Ata Bandial made up bench listen to a petition related to anti-institutional protests.
two members bench composed of Judges Ijazul Ahsan and Judges Mazahar Ali Naqvi will hear the case on 8 September.
In this regard, the registry office of Supreme Court also issued a notice to petitioner Causein Faisal.
