Supreme Court on Wednesday set over the objections of the Civil Registry Office regarding the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) petition for ensure overseas Pakistanis’ right to vote.
Judge Sajjad Ali Shah heard the PTI petition. in his cell and allowed the appeal against recent legislation on rights of overseas Pakistanis.
The Supreme Court Registrar raised several objections to the application, including not addressing the appropriate forum.
