referee throws out Extended Trump lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, former FBI over Russian probe

U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks dismissed the lawsuit on Thursday, saying “the majority of The plaintiff’s claims are not only unsupported by any legal authority, but are expressly excluded by binding precedent.”

“What (Trump’s lawsuit) is missing in content and legal support he seeks to replace with length, hyperbola and subsidence of scores and resentment,” wrote Middlebrooks, who was nominated by Bill Clinton.

Trump filed his extensive lawsuit in March, naming a wide line-up of characters what Trump blamed for years of deep state conspiracy against him – including former FBI Director James Comey and other FBI officials, retired British spy Christopher Steele and his associates, and several of Clinton campaign advisers.

Middlebrooks, of Southern District of Florida, said they were ‘bright problems” with “Bold” interpretations of Trump of law and many of Trump’s specific factual claims were “implausible” or uncorroborated.

Alina Khabba, lawyer for Trump said that Trump “immediately move appeal this decision.”

“We strongly disagree with the ruling issued by the court today,” Hubba told CNN. in statement. “Not only is it flourishing with erroneous bids of law, it ignores numerous independent government investigations that support our claim that the defendants conspired to frame our client and undermine the 2016 presidential election.”

In April lawyers for Clinton asked the judge to dismiss the lawsuit, saying it was “without cause.”

Clinton team claimed that she should not be responsible in federal court in South Florida ’cause it’s been too many years allow for lawsuit in the center on events since 2016.
