The Ralicrosse World Cup returns to Montalegre this weekend, with the penultimate stage of the World RX main category maintaining the discussion for the title in open.

The seventh of nine rounds of the World RX will be disputed with the eight drivers still mathematically in the race for the trophy, although the German Timo Scheider (Seat Ibiza) is not in the list of subscribers.


The championship continues to be led by the Swedish Timmy Hansen (Peugeot 208), champion in 2019, with 151 points, despite the approach in the last two rounds of the three-time champion and current trophy holder Johan Kristoffersson (Audi S1 ), which totals 139. In third place is Kevin Hansen (Peugeot 208), with 136 points.

Saturday will be a day of free practice and the first qualifying rounds. On Sunday, the qualifying phases will continue and the World RX category race will be at 5 pm.
