ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Monday stated that restructuring and alleviating of international loans of Pakistan might show valuable due to the fact that of economic challenges in the after-effects of coronavirus pandemic.

Chairing a top-level conference here at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to review the circumstance in the wake of COVID-19 and its effect on the economy, the foreign minister stated that alleviating of international loans of establishing countries might show valuable in conserving valuable human lives and guaranteeing their sustainable advancement.

The conference was participated in by Financing Advisor Abdul Hafeez Shaikh, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Hammad Azhar, Foreign Secretary Sohail Mehmood and senior authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Irreversible agents Munir Akram and Khalil Hashmi from New York City and Geneva respectively participated in the conference through the video-link.
