PTI on Saturday suspended party membership of Deputy Abdul Shakur Shad and issued him show-cause notification for filing a petition in Islamabad Supreme Court (IHC), stating that he never resigned as MNA and for Speaking against in party.

He instructed the MNA to submit his response within seven days, adding that until that time, Shad basic party membership was suspended and he ceased to hold any party office or position.
