Pre-monsoon rains hit parts of Sindh on June 21-22: PMD

KARACHI: Majority of Sindh areas are likely to receive first spell before monsoon rain on June 21-22, Pakistan Meteorological Department reported. in a weather report.

Karachi may also get isolated dust storm and light shower on June 22, according to PMD.

Thunderstorm and rain expected in Sukkur, Larkana, Jakobabad and Khairpur districts on June 21 in the evening or at night, likely to spread over Jamshoro, Dadu, Kambar Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Nawabshah, Sangkhar, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Badin, Thatta and Umerkot districts on June 22-23.
