PML-N Leaders Appeal to IHC for Bail

ISLAMABAD: Leaders of Pakistan Muslim Major League-Nawaz (PML-N) applied to Islamabad High Court (IHC) for bail after arrest warrants have been issued against their Lahore court in case related to the unrest in the Punjab Assembly, reports ARY NEWS.

PML-N leaders who appealed to the high court, including Ata Tarar, Rana Mashhud, Raja Sakhir and others.

Punjab government on Friday decided arrest Pakistan Muslim League Leaders-Nawaz (PML-N) in riot case in Pennsylvania.

According to the details, arrest guarantees for SAPM, Atta Tarar, Rana Mashood, Mirza Javed, Raja Manan and others have been released. in the case of the riots in the Punjab Assembly.

A business of the riot is registered with PS Qila Gujjar Singh.

On August 13, the Punjab police raided the house of Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) Attaullah Tarar in tiny hours after he failed to face scrutiny team investigation into the incidents of 25 May.

The raid was carried out out in residence of Attaulla Tarar in G-3 Johar Town Lahore, however, he did not attend his home. Not one was arrested during a police raid in his home.

Tarar has been serviced notification stand trial team torture on PTI activists during the Azadi march on May 25th.
