NSA Moid Yusuf resigns amid political turmoil

Former National Security Adviser (NSA) Dr. Moid Yusuf on Monday thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for trusting him with responsibility of national security advisor.

Doctor Moed, in but series of his tweets also thanked all team of National Security Division and Strategic Policy Planning Group for supporting him and contributing national cause.

“Today I leave very satisfied and content the most of all because I know that the NSA office and NSD are dynamically developing institutions with exceptional team this will continue to make Pakistan proud,” Moid wrote. on his official Twitter handle.

He thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan. for trusting him with huge responsibility and allowing him to do justice to his role like the NSA.

“Few people are lucky enough to get the opportunity to serve their country. in height office. Even less able to do it at my age. By grace of Allah, I not only received this honor, but it was an incredible two-plus…half-year a journey that I will always cherish,” he said.

Moed also thanked everyone else who allowed office of National Security Advisor and National Security Division/Strategic Policy Planning Cell to contribute to national cause.

“I am extremely grateful to my team for confidence in me when i was in office and ensuring that together we can achieve several milestones that, insha’Allah, will have a lasting impact on the country.”
