Sindh High Court (SHC) on Petition heard on alleged kidnapping on Thursday of Nimra Kazmi as a teenage girl who was allegedly kidnapped in Karachi last a month or so later surfaced in Punjab, according to ARY News.
Two-member High Court bench consisting of Judge Aga Faisal and Judge Mohammad Iqbal Kalhoro heard the petition. The court ordered honey. test determine her age in previous hearing.
While the hearing was going on, Nimra Kazmi’s wife, lawyer Farooq Ahmed, presented a medical report. of a teenage girl and told the court that the latter was between 17 and 18 years old of age.

He begged with the court dismissed the case after doctors confirmed that Kazmi was 18 years old.
Earlier, the Supreme Court of Sindh decided to send Nimra Kazmi to an orphanage. home and undergo a medical examination.

Kazmi is said to be 16-year-old-timer of Saudabad in Karachi allegedly missing last month, and later appeared in Punjab saying she left her parents’ home of her own choice.
Case filed on alleged kidnapping of Kazmi against unknown suspects at Saudabad police station on a complaint of her family.
The petition was also filed against her alleged kidnapping in Supreme Court of Sindh.
