Ministers Lambast Miftah over farther price to travel on foot

Islamabad: ministers of The Oil and Energy Ministry criticized Finance Minister Miftah Ismail after he recommended price to travel on foot in oil and electricity prices in cabinet meeting on ARY News reports on Tuesday.

According to sources, the Ministry of Finance minister got under fire Riaz Pirzada who criticized Miftah when he suggested price to travel on foot in oil and electricity prices.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday, called a meeting of discussion room post-budget scenario of a country where everything went wrong very quickly.

‘ people are already too burdened with inflation, we should do not raise prices further,” Riaz Prizada told Miftah Ismail.

Several ministers reportedly proposed adjustments in in areas other than rising oil and electricity prices. Mifta rejected the offer, arguing that other sectors already suffering they can’t be adjusted compensate for oil and electricity prices.

The Prime Minister supported Miftah, saying that he did not want raise prices, but they are forced to do so. Only I can say how it’s hard for I raise prices in PM added.

Mifta clarified that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) would not authorize $3 billion. financial relief if we don’t raise oil and electricity prices.
