KARACHI: Meteorological Bureau made a forecast light rain or drizzle in Sindh under the influence of a weather system on Saturday and Sunday.
According to weather the districts of Sindh, Jakobabad, Kambar Shahdadkot, Kashmore, Shikarpur, Larkana, Sukkur, Gotki, Khairpur, Dadu, Noshehro Feroz, Shahid Benazirabad and Jamshoro are likely to receive light precipitation on Saturday evening or Sunday.
There are chances of drizzle in Karachi, Thatta, Hyderabad, Thand Allahyar, Thando Muhammad Khan, Matyari and Mirpurkhas in the same period.
The Pakistan Meteorological Office has predicted that the westerly wave is likely to enter the western areas. of country on Saturday, and probably take over the tops on Sunday and can be kept until Monday (after noon).
Rain-wind/thunderstorm with isolated hail and snowfall over hills are expected in Murri, Galliyat, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and parts of CP from 28 to 30 January, and in Islamabad, Potohar region upper and central Punjab on 29 and 30 January.
Light to moderate precipitation with snowfall over hills are expected in Quetta Coast, Zhob, Barkhan, Harnai, Qila Saifulla, Killah Abdullah, Chamman, Pishin, Panjgur, Turbat, Khuzdar, Kalat and Makran on 28 and 29 January.
Tourists were advised remain careful during the spell.
The temperature is expected to drop by 02-04° Celsius. in in region after the spell.
