Multiplayer
1. Fixed an issue that failed to show the new area prompt to both players in a co-op session at the same time.
- Previously, when players were in a co-op session, only one player would receive the prompt to enter a new area, causing confusion and lack of synchronization between players. This issue has been resolved, and both players will now see the prompt simultaneously.
- Fixed an issue that prevented both host and co-op partner from upgrading Sanguinarix on a new save without quitting the game.
- Previously, players were unable to upgrade the Sanguinarix weapon in a new save if they were hosting a co-op session. This issue has been fixed, and players can now upgrade the weapon without the need to quit the game.
- Fixed an issue that could cause players to gain invulnerability when attempting to revive a co-op partner while being hit by an enemy.
- In certain situations, players would become temporarily invulnerable when trying to revive a co-op partner while being attacked by an enemy. This issue has been addressed, and players will no longer gain invulnerability during this action.
- Fixed an issue that could cause the co-op partner to become stuck in a teleportation loop if player host is underneath the water whilst in Umbral.
- When the player host was underwater in the Umbral environment, the co-op partner could get stuck in a teleportation loop, preventing them from progressing. This issue has been resolved, and players will no longer encounter this problem.
- Fixed an issue in multiplayer that would cause item selection UI to automatically move to the top when a co-op partner would purchase or sell an item in a shop.
- Previously, in multiplayer sessions, when the co-op partner purchased or sold an item in a shop, the item selection UI would automatically scroll to the top, making it inconvenient for the host player. This issue has been fixed, and the item selection UI will no longer move on its own.
- Fixed an issue in multiplayer that prevented a co-op partner’s crossbow from automatically reloading after rolling, while having the Inner Serpent Pendant equipped.
- When the co-op partner had the Inner Serpent Pendant equipped, their crossbow wouldn’t reload automatically after rolling. This issue has been resolved, and the crossbow will now reload as intended.
- Fixed an issue in multiplayer where the host didn’t receive any Vigor for defeating the invader in a Crimson Ritual.
- Previously, when the host player defeated an invading player in a Crimson Ritual, they wouldn’t receive any Vigor. This issue has been addressed, and the host player will now receive the appropriate amount of Vigor for defeating the invader.
- Fixed an issue in multiplayer that caused an invading player to not receive Vigor if the host player died from a status effect.
- In multiplayer sessions, if the host player died from a status effect, the invading player wouldn’t receive any Vigor. This issue has been fixed, and the invading player will now receive the correct amount of Vigor in this situation.
- Fixed an issue where co-op partner was unable to assist the host when killing enemies to progress Illuminator Aubrey’s quest in the Trial of the Three Spirits.
- Previously, the co-op partner was unable to help the host player progress Illuminator Aubrey’s quest in the Trial of the Three Spirits by killing enemies. This issue has been resolved, and the co-op partner can now assist the host in completing the quest.
- Improved the multiplayer experience across all platforms for coop or invasion matchups. The overall experience now has less rubberbanding and should result in smoother gameplay overall.
- The multiplayer experience has been enhanced, resulting in smoother gameplay for cooperative sessions and invasions. Players will now experience less rubberbanding, providing a more enjoyable multiplayer experience.
Collision
- Fixed a collision issue that allowed players to skip a part of Lower Calrath by accessing unintended areas near the droppable ladder in the Alehouse.
- Players were able to skip a portion of Lower Calrath by accessing unintended areas near the droppable ladder in the Alehouse due to a collision issue. This issue has been fixed, and players will no longer be able to bypass this section.
- Fixed a collision issue that could cause players to get stuck in an inaccessible area prior to the first Umbral puzzle in Lower Calrath.
- There was a collision issue that caused players to become stuck in an inaccessible area before the first Umbral puzzle in Lower Calrath. This issue has been resolved, and players will no longer encounter this problem.
- Fixed a collision issue that allowed players to skip a major part of Lower Calrath by jumping over a fence using Umbral environment next to the first Umbral puzzle.
- Players were able to skip a significant portion of Lower Calrath by using the Umbral environment to jump over a fence near the first Umbral puzzle, due to a collision issue. This issue has been addressed, and players will no longer be able to bypass this section.
- Fixed an issue that could cause players to become stuck in Umbral environment after death in Axiom near the first Umbral puzzle in Lower Calrath.
- When players died in the Umbral environment near the first Umbral puzzle in Lower Calrath, they could become stuck and unable to progress. This issue has been fixed, and players will no longer get trapped in the Umbral environment after death.
- Fixed a collision issue that could allow players to gain entry to an unintended area while in Umbral in the cathedral in The Empyrean.
- There was a collision issue that allowed players to access an unintended area in the cathedral in The Empyrean while in the Umbral environment. This issue has been resolved, and players will no longer be able to enter this unintended area.
- Fixed a collision issue near the kitchen in Manse of the Hallowed Brothers that could allow players to traverse out of bounds and fall through the world.
