LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday granted security deposit former prime minister Imran Khan in nine cases while also police permission to investigate FIR against Head of Pakistani Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and others involved in clashes between PTI workers and police in Zaman Park.
Meanwhile, Judge Tariq Salim Sheikh instructed the federation and all provinces to provide complete details of FIR and discreet concerned a quarter from taking any enforcement action against Imran Khan until Monday.

TANK division bench, chaired by Judge Tariq, heard bail requests on eight FIRs are registered on charges of combating terrorism. bench gave Imran bail on bail in three FIRs registered in Lahore by March 27 and in five settlements in Islamabad by March 24th.

Court grants bail to PTI chairman in five cases were reported by the Islamabad Police and three cases were reported by the Lahore Police until 24 March and 27 March respectively.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan along with with his counsel appeared before the court at 17.30, on cause.
Imran counsel argued before bench that Islamabad and Lahore police registered eight different cases against his client on charges of terrorism. He also said that the details of some cases were not available.

However bench noted that it would only consider cases in which petitions had been filed, adding: “We cannot provide a general bail.”
Subsequently bench bail granted against PTI chairman bail in eight cases were reported by Islamabad and Lahore police.
Earlier, Judge Tariq Salim Sheikh summoned Imran Khan to court. in connection with his security deposit at 17:30.

Imran Khan petitioned for security deposit in two cases reported from Ramna Police Station, Islamabad, two cases reported from Khana Police Station, Islamabad, one case filed at Bhara Kahu Police Station, Islamabad, and three cases reported at Hippodrome Police Station in Lahore.
Meanwhile the single bench with Judge Tariq Salim Sheikh also bail granted until March 27 to PTI chairman in case filed by Sarvar traffic police against PTI guide over concealment of facts in PTI worker (Zille Shah) death happening.

Imran counsel argued in court that the petition for pledge in The Toshakhana case became ineffective. He claimed that the Sarwar traffic police had filed a case. against his client, etc. He claimed that his client wanted stand trial concerned and begged with court for grant of security deposit in in this respect.
Moreover, Judge Tariq Salim Sheikh prevented the authorities from using coercive measures. against Chairman of PTI until Tuesday, March 21 and requested details of reported cases against him through the Punjab.

The court issued rulings when considering a petition filed by Imran Khan. for details of reported cases against he and other PTI leaders in Pakistan.
Imran counsel asked the court to refuse the defendants to apply any coercive measures against his client before giving of details of reported cases against to him.
A provincial law enforcement officer was looking for time for security of details of cases during the trial.

Meanwhile, PTI Chairman Imran Khan stated that government wants to take him to Balochistan so they can treat to him in similar way they treated PTI leaders Shahbaz Gill and Azam Swati.
Imran in V past has several times accused the incumbent government of resorting to extreme violence against two party leaders in care. Both were arrested on sedition allegations in different cases.
“They wanted To pick to me up and take me straight to Balochistan…they want To treat to me like Shahbaz Gil and Azam Swati, who are transparent to everyone,” he said today during the hearing. in Lahore High Court (LHC) according to Express News.
Imran said he was ready to appear in court on Saturday, but government resorted to violence and attacked his residence in Zaman Park. in Lahore.
