LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday ordered for correction of petitions against elections of Hamza Shehbaz as Executive Director of provinces, on June 20th.
Justice Shujaat Ali Khan listened to the petitions filed by Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Perwaiz Elahi, MPA. of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and others. After listening to the arguments of in petitionerx counsel the court ruled for raising the issue with the head of the LHC justice for relevant orders.
The court noted that the leader justice partly heard about it before, while there was no order for broadcast of business to him.
The court later withdrew its rulings after LHC officials concerned prepared transfer orders and ordered the registrar office for solution of the problem on June 20th.
